This 2006 GMC Yukon is back for its 500-mile checkup. The owner had Integrity Automotive’s certified car care specialists replace the engine and is now bringing it back for our mechanics to drain the initial oil (can sometimes find particulates in the oil from the initial break-in of the engine that could cause issues later) and inspect for any secondary issues.

Since the Yukon was already here the owner took the advice of Integrity Automotive’s car care specialists to be proactive and have a winter inspection done as well.

This is the perfect time of year to have your everyday commuter and/or family car brought in for a winter inspection.

Integrity Automotive’s car care technicians will check the tires, brakes and most importantly fluid levels and temperature ranges for all fluids. Nothing is worse than getting in your car on a cold morning, and it doesn’t work. Now you are out a car to get to work and in for a big bill to get it fixed. Save yourself the time and money by having your car into Integrity Automotive for a winter inspection today!

This 2003 Buick LeSabre was brought to Integrity Automotive’s certified car care specialists because of warning lights popping up on their dashboard. (Mechanic’s Note: DON’T Ignore the Lights! They are there for a reason!) Our certified mechanic found the issue to be a belt that had popped off. After correctly reinstalling it, the belt came off again.

Integrity Automotive’s highly trained mechanics noted the real problem was not the belt but the A/C compressor bracket had broken. This broken bracket allowed the compressor to move which caused the belt to pop off.

If your car is making a strange noise or there is a warning light lit on your dash, don’t wait. Give Integrity Automotive’s certified car repair experts a call today.

Or those strange noises in the daytime too!

Here is a 2008 Toyota Corolla LE. The owner brought in their Corolla with complaints of random squeaking (more of a growl really). This Toyota Corolla is a perfect example of why aftermarket parts are not always the best choice. The aftermarket brake pads were not working quite right and causing the noise. Integrity Automotive’s certified brake specialists replaced the pads with OEM pads (Original Equipment from Manufacturer, what dealers use).

Our mechanic was happy to report the lion has left the building, and the owner of this Toyota Corolla can go on with their day in peace and quiet. Unless of course they like the Lion King soundtrack, but they didn’t say anything about their CD player…

This 2007 Cadillac Escalade might look familiar. We talked about it previously here when Integrity Automotive’s certified mechanic Chris talked about the importance of service checks. As part of the inspection Integrity’s mechanics noticed some leaking from a soft line where it connects with a hard line.

Since the 1990’s GM has used these unique hardline and soft line combos to get around other pieces of machinery but still protect the line from heat and other issues. As Integrity Automotive’s certified mechanic will talk about in this video, sometimes where the flexible soft line is attached to the hardline overtime the seal can weaken and leak. When this happens the only thing to do is bring it into a certified repair shop such as Integrity Automotive and have it replaced.
