In addition to traditional car and automobile repair, Integrity Automotive specializes in classic automobiles. Here is a 1959 AMC (American Motor Company) Rambler. Initially the customer tried to fix this car himself, but recognized he was in over his head when it started to become a little more difficult than he originally planned.

Initially the customer complained of poor drivability. After closer inspection, Integrity Automotive discovered the majority of the issues were in the carburetor. We went through and checked all the parts to ensure they were working properly and that they were the right part for this particular carburetor. Now Integrity Automotive is happy to report this 1959 AMC Rambler is back on the road and driving the way it should.

Here is a 1958 Ford F-100. To ensure this vehicle’s owner could drive this truck safely, we replaced the shifter. The original shifter would not lock into gear. The customer jokingly called the old shifter the “mystery shifter” because he never knew what gear it was in, if any at all. While we were at it, we went ahead and replaced the floor mat and padding as well so it is period correct.

If you have a classic car or truck lying around that you have always wanted to fix up but never had the time, give Integrity Automotive a call; and we can help you make your dream a reality!

Back in 2014 the National Automobile Museum had an issue with arson and this 1969 motorcycle (the High Flyer Trike), originally created by “Big Daddy” Ed Roth, was one of the vehicles damaged in the fire. As you can see in the video the damage was primarily on the back right side.

Integrity Automotive will be going through and ensuring all of the electrical/mechanical and brake systems are working properly.

What’s New at Integrity Automotive?

Today Integrity Automotive wanted to give everyone the latest update on Rob’s truck from Ayres Muffler Brake and Alignment. This is the 1969 Ford F-250 that we talked about previously on whether to go with a remanufactured engine or to rebuild the one currently in place. Rob decided to go with a new remanufactured 360ci engine since there really wasn't much benefit from keeping the original in it and it was cheaper since we weren’t doing any upgrades internally to it. We did do some external modifications to it though. We added a new 4 barrel carburetor, got rid of the cast iron intake for a new aluminum one (weight reduction and performance) and a new electronic ignition.

But wait, there’s more...
