Integrity Automotive specializes in exotic and custom cars. This is a 1948 Chevrolet Fleetmaster hotrod. Unfortunately the owners forgot to check the engine before starting it up. There was a fuel line leak and this custom hot rod had an engine fire. We repaired and resealed the engine as well as repaired the airline for the air ride suspension (allows the car to go up and down/low rider). We also sent the car over to A1 Body shop to repaint the custom two tone beauty.

If your classic car or truck has been sitting all winter. Please make sure to double check for any leaks or animals before going for a drive. If in doubt feel free to give us a call, and we would be happy to schedule an appointment to look it over to ensure your car is safe and ready for cruising.

We thought we would have a little fun as Hot August nights is here and challenge your classic car knowledge (no cheating on Google). The first person who instant messages us the answer will get a basic oil change on us (or half off synthetic). Soooooo……… without further ado. What does this do?

In addition to traditional car and automobile repair, Integrity Automotive specializes in classic automobiles. Here is a 1959 AMC (American Motor Company) Rambler. Initially the customer tried to fix this car himself, but recognized he was in over his head when it started to become a little more difficult than he originally planned.

Initially the customer complained of poor drivability. After closer inspection, Integrity Automotive discovered the majority of the issues were in the carburetor. We went through and checked all the parts to ensure they were working properly and that they were the right part for this particular carburetor. Now Integrity Automotive is happy to report this 1959 AMC Rambler is back on the road and driving the way it should.

Here is a 1958 Ford F-100. To ensure this vehicle’s owner could drive this truck safely, we replaced the shifter. The original shifter would not lock into gear. The customer jokingly called the old shifter the “mystery shifter” because he never knew what gear it was in, if any at all. While we were at it, we went ahead and replaced the floor mat and padding as well so it is period correct.

If you have a classic car or truck lying around that you have always wanted to fix up but never had the time, give Integrity Automotive a call; and we can help you make your dream a reality!

Back in 2014 the National Automobile Museum had an issue with arson and this 1969 motorcycle (the High Flyer Trike), originally created by “Big Daddy” Ed Roth, was one of the vehicles damaged in the fire. As you can see in the video the damage was primarily on the back right side.

Integrity Automotive will be going through and ensuring all of the electrical/mechanical and brake systems are working properly.
